Cristiano Ronaldo took to Instagram to defend his son’s fashion choices in a photo with his grandmother, Maria Dolores.
In both posts, Ronaldo Jr is pictured with Dolores wearing shorts, a t-shirt and hoodie as well as socks and sliders. Some of Dolores’ supporters moved to criticize the 11-year-old boy’s outfit choices, but Ronaldo was quick to come to his son’s defence.
The 37-year-old replied to the post and said, “He wears what he wants. Not what you want.” He had previously been more advocating for his son regarding the shoes he chose.

Ronaldo Jr is currently on the books at Old Trafford. Many United fans are no doubt hoping he can get closer to replicating his father’s career.
Back in January, Ronaldo claimed he was the present while his son was the future while wearing his United training top. Meanwhile, Dolores, who is the Portuguese great’s mother, claimed the youngster is already progressing more than her son at the age of 11.
